Throughout my career, I have designed and been a buyer for a whole range of accessories, starting with footwear and bags, and then jewellery (and belts and hats and scarves and gloves and sunglasses and umbrellas…) and have always loved the way that accessories can turn any outfit in to something with real personality, and a real sense of style.
It started with bracelets made as presents to send to friends last year, to let them know I was thinking of them when I couldn’t see them.
Wear them individually, or stack all of the colours up. Or send to a friend, just to let them know you are thinking of them.
I love working with Jemma at Toba – an independent, eco-conscious jewellery brand specialising in bespoke, handmade pieces. Each unique piece is lovingly made by hand by designer and maker Jemma French in Brighton, using as many upcycled elements as possible in line with the ethical ethos of Toba.
So it just felt right to collaborate on a collection of pieces using the spare pieces of our leathers and Jemma’s incredible jewellery making skills.
